Catholic Media Network Sues US Government Over Contraception Mandate

UNDATED (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -The Catholic media network, EWTN is suing the federal government over the mandate to subsidize contraception and sterilization in their health plans.

Because the network serves more than just the church and its followers, they would not qualify for a religious exemption.

This is one of many fights brewing after the January 20th reform passed relating to President Obama's health care reform mandates regarding birth control.
