WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The attorney representing a Wells County man charged in the July 22nd shooting death of a four-year-old boy has asked for a change of venue.
46-year-old Bruce Pond has been charged with murder in the case.
Police say he shot little Jacob Michuda while the boy was fishing with this father.
