Charges Re-Filed Against Woman Accused Of Fatal Hit & Run In April

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Prosecutors have re-filed charges against 33-year old Anissa Northrup in a fatal hit and run accident in April.

She's now charged with failure to stop after an accident resulting in injury or death.

Police say Northrup hit 26-year old Nate Gatchell as he crossed the street on Broadway, and then took off.

Gatchell died at the hospital.

She's scheduled to be in court Tuesday.
