INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A judge will rule December 16th on whether to dismiss the theft and voter fraud charges filed against Secretary of State Charlie White.
White made his case for dismissal Friday morning.
In a court brief, White claims among other things that the special prosecutors didn't provide grand jurors evidence that favored him and didn't adequately explain the law to them. He also claims that some of the charges against him constitute double jeopardy.
If the judge does not dismiss the charges White faces a January trial date.
