INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -- A stunning change at the Indiana State House late Thursday afternoon.
Marion Circuit Court ordered Secretary of State Charlie White to vacate his office and certify Vop Osili, the Democratic candidate as Secretary of State.
The decision was the result of a civil suit filed by the State Democratic Party.
The court reversed and set aside the decision of the Indiana Recount Commission which determined White was eligible to hold office.
White currently faces criminal voter fraud and theft charges.
