Child Molestation Investigation Ends in Arrest

ANGOLA, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Police in Steuben County have taken a man into custody on molestation charges.

34 year old Dexter Stacy Sr. of Angola was arrested Sunday night after officials say he admitted he sexually assaulted two girls under 14 years old.

The case began when a complaint was filed on Dec. 17. Stacy was questioned a few days later. Police investigated further and identified the second victim. He was brought in for questioning again last night and officials say he confessed his involvement then.

Stacy has been jailed without bond on two felony child molestation charges.

The investigation is still underway.
