FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -A child molesting charge has been added to a Fort Wayne man's case involving child abuse.
26-year-old Michael Combs had been charged with battery and neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury.
The case involved the one- and two-year old sons of his then-girlfriend, back in 2010.
One child was not treated for a broken leg for more than 24-hours.
The other had more than 70-bruises from head to toe.
It's not clear why the child molesting charge has been filed, "now," but court documents claim he had anal sex with the two-year-old boy multiple times.
Combs will be re-arrested for the extra charge and will have to post $25,000 bail.
