INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indianapolis Colts have hired a new general manager.
The team announced Wednesday morning that 39-year-old Ryan Grigson will replace Chris Polian, who was fired along with his dad, Bill Polian, about a week ago.
Grigson has experience as an NFL scout, and most recently as director of player personnel for the Philadelphia Eagles before that he spent time as a scout with the St. Louis Rams.
Grigson is an Indiana native and played on the Purdue football team as an offensive tackle in the early 90's, he was the team captain his senior year.
