FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Diversion Program is possible for Colts Punter Pat McAfee after he was charged with public intoxication.
Today McAfee appeared in court after his arrest earlier this week.
He was shirtless and soaking wet when an officer spotted him running along Broad Ripple Avenue.
The judge asked McAfee's attorney if they would be pursuing the Diversion Program and she was told they did not know yet.
McAfee is eligible for such a program because he has no prior criminal history.
