INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Indianapolis Colts Punter Pat McAfee will perform community service and pay a fine in lieu of facing a judge on public intoxication charges.
As part of the diversion agreement, McAfee must pay a $298 fine, take part in an NFL alcohol program and perform eight hours of community service.
He was arrested last month, after he was found shirtless and soaking wet along Broad Ripple Avenue.
