Indianapolis, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A fund that victims of the state fair stage collapse could draw from has been depleted significantly after a sound company pulled out of the settlement.
The victims could draw money from the fund if they signed off from filing a lawsuit.
The Greenfield based Mid-American Sound Corporation withdrew the money citing that not enough claimants signed on to the deal.
