FORT WAYNE, IN (incnow.tv)--A date has been set for Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry to deliver his 2013 State of the City Address.

The Mayor will unveil his vision for the Summit City Wednesday, February at the Allen County Public Library auditorium

The theme for this year’s speech is “Engage, Innovate, Perform.”
