INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Testimony has begun in the criminal trial for Secretary of State Charlie White.
During opening statements Special Prosecutor Dan Sigler told the jury that White's case is about deceit and cheating claiming that White lived in a Fishers condominium with his current wife, but was using ex-wife's address when he voted.
White faces seven felony charges.
If convicted, White could face prison time and be forced to leave office.
