ARCADIA, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Crews found the body of a man whose truck was swept away by flood waters near Indianapolis.

Heavy storms across the area last week flooded creeks and rivers. David Baker, 43, called for help after he drove into high water over the weekend, just two miles from his home.

After an intense search to find Baker, crews arrived too late to save the man. He wasn't far from his truck and his relatives believe his final act was to make sure his beloved dog, Tia, had made it to safety.

64-year-old Robert Morgan of Arcadia was died Friday night when his truck sank in the same creek as Bakers.
