AUBURN, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – DeKalb County Commissioners are expected to vote Monday on new restrictions to a proposed windmill farm.
The plan commission is recommending an ordinance that would move back the proximity of windmills to near by property lines. Under the proposal the setback has been expanded from 400 feet to 1300 feet.
