INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Indiana's Secretary of State Charlie White may find himself facing more problems, after accusing former-Senator Evan Bayh and his wife Susan of voter fraud.

White asked the Marion County prosecutor to appoint two special prosecutors to investigate the state's former first family.

Today, that request was denied.

White says he filed the complaint as a private citizen, but provided election records for Bayh. Which are "not public documents."

An investigation is underway to see if White used his office to obtain the records.
