Undated (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The White House assertion of executive privilege over key documents in the Fast and Furious investigation was not enough to save Attorney General Eric Holder.
The eleventh hour move came before the House Oversight Committee voted along party lines 23 to17 to hold Holder in contempt for failing to turn over some Department of Justice records in the alleged gun running operation.
The operation was sought by Congressman Darrell Issa, the chair of the House Oversight Committee.
