INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana State Fair Commission has called in a victims' compensation expert to distribute private donations made to the fair remembrance fund following the stage collapse earlier this month that left seven people dead.

Kenneth Feinberg who was the administrator of victim compensation funds after 9/11and the BP Gulf Oil Spill will recommend protocols for eligibility and payment amounts for fair victims.

To date the fund has a little over a quarter of a million dollars, not including the $554,000 from the Train and Maroon 5 concert.
