INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Last week it was a breach of security of the ISTEP test.
This week a falsified e-mail that has Indiana State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Tony Bennett, upset.
The e-mailer used a bootleg copy of the department's letterhead and distributed a false memo to schools, teachers and others across the state.
The memo reads: "any plan aiming to dramatically improve our system of schools must be negotiated with input from teachers, administrators, superintendents, parents, union leaders and politicians from both sides of the aisle."
