Formal Murder Charges For Alleged Rudisill Shooter

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A formal murder charge has been filed against the Fort Wayne man who is accused of shooting and killing a 22-year-old at the corner of Rudisill and Indiana.

Josiah Thomas, 22, has been formally charge with murder in the shooting death of Gerelle Borum last week.

According to court records, Thomas allegedly confessed to the crime saying he was driving down Rudisill, noticed Borum walking, stopped the car and started shooting.

Police say several shell casings were found in his vehicle.
