Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The former Keystone School building will soon have new life.
Ryker Reserve is set to transform the property and build a new two-story apartment building.
There will be a total of 65 affordable apartments for seniors and people with special needs.
$8.5 million will be invested in the project through a public - private partnership.
Ryker Reserve will offer maintenance-free living and many senior-related services.
There will also be two community rooms, an exercise area, a computer room, indoor walking path and several furnished areas outside.
