Former Warsaw Official And Two Others Arrested On Corruption Charges (VIDEO)

WARSAW, Ind. (21Alive) -- After three months of investigation, three people have been arrested on charges of corruption and theft. A probe revealed multiple overcharges, totaling more than a quarter million dollars to the city of Warsaw.

This was discovered when the Warsaw Clerk's office received an anonymous call in December from a ProForm Pipe Lining Inc. employee, who said the company had been taking advantage of the city for years.

The three facing charges:

Lacy Francis, 59, Former City of Warsaw Public Works Superintendent, Warsaw, Ind.

Kevin R. Brown, 45, ProForm Field Supervisor, Mishawaka, Ind.

Marc V. Campbell, 53, ProForm Owner/President, Mishawaka, Ind.
