Fort Wayne Children's Zoo Closes for the Season

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Sunday is your last chance to visit the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo before they close for the 2012 season.

Zoo officials say they’ve had a successful season with more than 747,000 visitors passing thought the gates as of Thursday.

After the zoo closes on Sunday, zoo crews will begin working to prepare for the Wild Zoo Halloween, which opens Friday, October 19 at noon.
