Fort Wayne City Council Elects New President

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Fort Wayne City Council members voted in a new President and a new Vice President Tuesday night.

Mitch Harper will now serve as council President and John Shoaff will serve as Vice President.

Each has served on council for several years.
