Back in Court: Fort Wayne Man Accused of Child Molestation with Two Girls

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A 74-year-old Fort Wayne man accused of having sex with a 9-year-old girl and fondling a 12-year-old was back in court Tuesday.

Raul Fuentes is charged with seven counts of felony child molestation.

In August, a woman reported to city police that Fuentes had molested her daughter.

Soon after that, another woman came forward and reported that Fuentes had fondled her daughter.

In both cases, Fuentes allegedly attempted to bribe the girls for sexual favors with candy and jewelry.

Fuentes's attorney argued his bond should be drastically reduced because of his medical condition.

The judge rejected that but did lower Fuentes's bond slightly, now only $95,000.
