FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Fort Wayne wants to move in more ways than one.
Mayor Tom Henry announced Monday morning that Summit City's Fort 4 Fitness is adding bike races to the festival.
Starting next Memorial Day weekend cyclists will compete in a 56 mile race and recreational riders can enjoy a trip through downtown Fort Wayne.
And area children kicked off their portion of the race at Parkview Field Sunday.
They'll walk or run 26 miles over the next 12 weeks, with the final mile taken on September 23rd during the 4th annual Fort 4 Fitness fall festival.
