You Can Run, But You Can't Hide: Fugitive From Fort Wayne Apprehended In Texas

SAN DIEGO, Texas (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Police in Texas have arrested a fugitive from Fort Wayne.

35-year-old Thomas Howard Manjarez disappeared from the area after the suspicious death of 33-year-old Carmen Ramos, who was found dead on the floor of her apartment April 11, 2010. Fort Wayne Police say Manjarez was a person of interest in the case.

Manjarez is the father of Ramos' children, and had a history of domestic violence involving Ramos.

Manjarez was discovered during a traffic stop in San Diego, Texas.
