WARSAW, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A guilty plea from the Kosciusko County 12-year-old charged in the murder of a Cromwell man.
According to our partner in news the Journal Gazette Paul Gingerich pleaded guilty Wednesday to a single charge of conspiracy to commit murder in the shooting death of Phillip Danner.
It was in August police say Gingerich along with 15-year-old Colt Lundy entered Danner's home and open fire.
Lundy has already been sentenced to 25-years behind bars.
