INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Governor Mitch Daniels has signed a bill that closes a loophole in the voyeurism law.
The bill, crafted by State Senator Tom Wyss of Fort Wayne now makes it illegal to take up-skirt photographs in public, before it was only illegal to take inappropriate photos of unknowing individuals in private places such as restrooms or dressing rooms.
40-year-old David DeLagrange of Fort Wayne had been charged with voyeurism after Indianapolis police say he took up-skirt photos at an Indy mall, but those charges were later dropped.
