Governor Signs Revision of Alcohol ID Law

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - If you look younger then age 40 you better have an ID in hand if you want to purchase alcohol.

Governor Mitch Daniels signed a revision of the current Alcohol ID Law.

Before, anyone purchasing alcohol from a carry-out had to show identification, as of July first, only customers looking younger then 40 will need to show ID.
