GENEVA, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Some good news for folks down in Geneva, Indiana.

The Ceylon Bridge near Geneva is the last covered bridge over the Wabash River. It was built 150 years ago.

Last fall Indiana’s NewsCenter reported the bridge was in need of some major repairs. The town of Geneva has just been awarded a grant of about $400,000 to make those repairs.

The bridge will get a new roof, repairs made to its main trusses and its floor leveled.
