ALBION, Indiana (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- 19 year old Andrew Huntsman, who admitted he tried to dig up a grave in Kimmell and was sentenced to one year in jail is now out while appealing his sentence.
Robert Avila who was with Huntsman that night is currently spending a year behind bars in Noble County.

Noble County police have arrested two teens in a suspected attempted grave robbing.
19-year old Andrew Huntsman of Kimmel was taken into custody along with 19-year old Roberto Avila of Ligonier on criminal mischief charges.
Officials say a tip led to the arrests.
This came after police found a 4-foot deep hole had been dug down to a casket at a grave site in the Sparta Township cemetery in Kimmell last week.
