INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indianapolis man charged with killing a police officer was back in court Monday morning where he was formally advised that the death penalty is being sought in his case.

60-year-old Thomas Hardy is accused in the January shooting death of Indianapolis Police Office David Moore during a routine traffic stop.
