FLORIDA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A federal court in Florida heard arguments from twenty states challenging the new federal health care law.
Indiana Attorney, Greg Zoeller, joined the fight for the Hoosier state in May.
Zoeller said he is asking the court to decide if the federal government should be able to require people to purchase private health insurance or face penalty.
A decision is expected to be made sometime early next year.
If appealed the case could eventually go to the United States Supreme Court.
