UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The U.S. Department of Justice may have to seek a second opinion after a Florida federal judge rejected a request to dismiss a lawsuit challenging the health care reform law.
Indiana along with 19 other states are challenging the law.
The suit alleges that requiring all Americans to buy health insurance is un-constitutional.
Oral arguments over the suit will begin December 16th in Florida.
Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says he is pleased that the two most important elements of the challenge survived and moved to the next round.
