WABASH, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Stacy Henderson, the former mistress of murderer Scott Pattison, will have to wait more than a month to find out if she gets a new prosecutor in her perjury case.
Henderson is accused of lying in a deposition before a grand jury.
She was having an affair with Scott Pattison in 2009 when he asphyxiated his wife Lisa with a weighted barbell.
Pattison was sentenced earlier this month to 60 years.
Henderson wants Wabash County Prosecutor Bill Hartley Jr. disqualified from her case, because he was present for the deposition in which she allegedly lied about contact she had with Pattison while he was jailed awaiting trial.
The judge will rule sometime after January 21st on Henderson's request.
