Huntington, Indiana (incnow.tv) --- An apartment fire that displace 11 families on Monday may have been electrical in nature. Although the cause has not been confirmed, fire officials say the blaze started in the walls between two adjoining apartments.
Reports indicate that the fire broke out Monday morning at the Carriage Place Apartments on Bartlett Street in Huntington. Early on in the fire, ammunition was going off.
Fire broke out in building 13, but spread very quickly. Smoke and flames could be seen from miles away.
There were no injuries.
