INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Secretary of State, Charlie White, appeared in court, Friday afternoon for the first time, where he entered a not guilty plea.
White was indicted last week on seven felony counts, including voter fraud.
When leaving the courtroom White told reporters he was absolutely innocent, despite acknowledging in the past that he voted in the wrong precinct.
This is the first time White has made an appearance in public since the indictment.
