INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Indiana Attorney General, Greg Zoeller says he's appealing a federal court decision to halt a new state law that would de-fund Planned Parenthood.
The injunction granted by U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Pratt blocks enforcement of the new law disqualifying abortion providers from state grants and contracts, including Medicaid.
Zoeller filed the paper work to appeal in the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals Tuesday.
