INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Colts owner Jim Irsay said in a recent interview with ESPN that the Colts will secure a quarterback in the NFL Draft.
Irsay said the opportunity to draft either Stanford's Andrew Luck or Baylor's Robert Griffin III is not something the Colts should pass up.
Irsay said even if Manning were healthy, it likely wouldn't change his decision to draft a quarterback.
Manning underwent neck surgery in September and missed the entire 2011 season.
