ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The former board president and maintenance operator of the Maysville Water and Sewer District appeared in court for his initial appearance Wednesday morning.
James Perrin is charged with felony theft and corrupt business influence for allegedly shorting Fort Wayne City Utilities of up to $250,000 over three years for raw sewage.
He also allegedly admitted he bought $8,000 worth of materials for the utility that didn't relate to the job.
His trial date will be set at a hearing on August 15th.
