Judge Rules Charlie White Can Stay In Office...For A Couple Of Days

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White can stay in office at least until December 29th.

A Marion Circuit Court Judge issued a temporary stay until a hearing next Thursday.

It was the same judge that reversed the Indiana Recount Commission's decision that White was eligible to run for office last year.
