ORLANDO (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Judge Belvin Perry is tired of the constant fighting between Prosecutors and Defense attorneys in the Casey Anthony trial.
Neither side called witnesses to testify in court Monday, as a result Judge Perry says the jury's time was wasted.
The judge decided to hold the trial this Saturday because of the delay and he has even extended the hours.
Judge Perry warned prosecutors and defense lawyers that they could face punishment after the trial ends.
