INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A judge in Indianapolis is expected to rule Thursday on whether to move forward with a civil suit seeking Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White's ousting.
The judge heard arguments in the suit Wednesday.
Democrats claim the Republican White is “not legally qualified” to serve as Secretary of State because of his voter registration issues.
White faces “felony voter fraud” charges for voting in a precinct he no longer lived in during last May’s primary.
White has said he's innocent and only made a mistake.
