FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- The month of June was much wetter than normal. 5.81" fell, 1.65" above normal. The wettest day was the 18th, when 1.73" fell. Rain fell on 18 days. Temperatures were a bit more normal, but slightly above. We only hit the 90s twice with the warmest day of the month on the 17th at 93 degrees. The 4th had the coolest daytime temperature with a high of only 64 while the 14th had the coolest night at 45. Pinpoint VIPIR HD forecast models indicate July will be near normal as far as precipitation and temperatures are concerned.
