HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - After seven-hours of deliberation, a jury in Huntington has found driving instructor Gerald 'Gary' Town guilty of one count of sexual battery and one count of sexual misconduct with a minor.

A second count of sexual battery ended in a hung jury.

Town was charged after two-male driving students accused him of making several inappropriate sexual comments and physical advancements toward them.

Town also faces two-similar charges in Grant County.

He was set to go on trial there last week, but his attorney was granted a continuance.
