KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - City council members in Kendallville will be discussing a proposed ordinance Tuesday night to ban the synthetic drug K2
If passed, anyone caught selling K2 would be fined $2,500, and people caught buying or using it would be fined up to $1,000.
