WASHINGTON DC (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Health Care Reform Law is back in the news as representatives from 20 states, including Indiana plan to file their response to the federal government's attempt to dismiss their lawsuit challenging the reform.

The states are fighting the mandate in the law requiring individuals to purchase health insurance and impose fines if they don't.

In a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, the Justice Department says the requirement to buy coverage is an exercise of Congress' constitutional power to tax and spend.
