SOUTH BEND, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Notre Dame will no longer use hydraulic scissor lifts to film football practice after a student toppled from the top of one and was killed.
On Tuesday the university made the announcement that the lifts will be replaced by a remote video system.
