Indianapolis (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – It was a history-making night in the Hoosier state as long-time U.S. Senator Richard Lugar is beat at the polls by Tea Party Republican State Treasurer Richard Mourdock.
Mourdock took the lead early and the results
Have him 20 points ahead of Lugar, who has served 6 terms in the Senate. Mourdock will face Democratic Senate Nominee Joe Donnelly
